What this practice is
Arriaga Technology Consulting is one senior engineer — me, Mario Arriaga — working with a small number of clients at a time. That's a deliberate shape, not a limitation: the engagements are scoped so that a single experienced architect with AI-assisted tooling can deliver them end to end, and so that what I build is owned by your team when I leave.
The practice sits at the intersection of two things: deep Azure DevOps and .NET modernization experience, and a working command of agentic engineering with Claude Code. Mid-market teams are underserved by large consulting firms and rarely have time to operationalize AI tooling themselves — that gap is exactly what these engagements close.

I'm a senior cloud and site-reliability engineer with more than nine years across cloud development, CI/CD, test automation, and performance engineering. I've designed and run delivery pipelines and cloud infrastructure for companies from SaaS to e-commerce, with a long specialization in .NET and NopCommerce platforms on Azure.
My working style is cross-layer and correctness-first: I care about how the pipeline, the infrastructure, and the codebase fit together, and I'd rather tell you a plan won't work than sell you one that doesn't.
